FIRM NEWSHistoric Signing Ceremony With the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Nation Wednesday, April 7, 2010 The Flathead Joint Board of Control and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes recently concluded seven years of negotiations regarding the operation of the Flathead Indian Irrigation Project. Jon Metropoulos represented the Flathead Joint Board of Control in these negotiations and was instrumental in reaching a resolution to the outstanding issues between the parties. Academy of Court Appointed Masters Wednesday, February 17, 2010 Hank Raucci was recently elected as a Fellow of Academy of Court Appointed Masters. Pro Bono Award Recipient Wednesday, February 17, 2010 Dana Hupp was recently selected by the Pro Bono Committee of the lst Judicial District Bar Association to receive the 2009 Pro Bono Award.
