Incorporating

When incorporating, please be prepared to provide the following information when you use our services:

• The name of the intended corporation. Please be specific with regard to spelling, capitalization and punctuation. A corporate ending must be provided, such as "Inc.," "Incorporated," "Co.," "Company" or others allowed by statue.
• An alternate name, to be used if the first choice is not available.
• Has the name been reserved? By whom?
• Will this be a profit corporation or a nonprofit corporation?
• State the nature of the business, or whether a general purpose clause shall be used, if allowable.
• Define the stock provisions. How many shares are to be authorized, is it common or preferred, and is the stock at no par value or state the dollar amount of the shares' par value.
• Give the name of directors, and their addresses, including street, city and state.
• If doing business in another state be sure in include a Certificate of Good Standing from that state.
• Business address (physical location and post office box, if any) to which correspondence is to be sent. We would also like to have telephone and fax numbers.
