Mr. Hopgood became affiliated with the firm beginning September of 2009 as Of Counsel. A native of Billings, Mr. Hopgood comes to the firm after serving as Associate General Counsel of MDU Resources Group, Inc. in Bismarck, North Dakota. Prior to joining MDU Resources, Mr. Hopgood practiced law in Helena and was a partner in the firm of Luxan & Murfitt. Tom's practice focuses on natural resources, corporate and commercial law and government relations. Tom is resident in the firm's Helena office, but serves clients on a statewide basis. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota as well as in Montana.
