Dana L. Hupp (Missoula)
Ms. Hupp represents clients on a variety of litigation and administrative matters involving environmental and natural resource law and insurance coverage and defense. Dana has been actively involved in litigation involving electronic discovery and has spoken at several continuing legal education classes on this topic. Dana manages the firm's branch office in Missoula, Montana and divides her time between Missoula and Helena.
Prior to her association with the firm, Dana clerked for Montana District Court Judge Kenneth Neill and the United States Department of Interior Solicitor's Office. A native of Ohio, Dana moved to Montana after finishing law school. Her interest in living and practicing in Montana stems from her experiences working and living in Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. Dana is involved in several civic organizations. Most recently, she served on the Board of Lewis and Clark Library Foundation and the Children’s Receiving Home. In the Spring of 2005, as a result of her previous pro bono work, Dana was asked by the Montana State Bar to accept the first test case for the Bar’s Modest Means Program, a program designed to provide legal aid to low income individuals.
