KD Feeback (Helena) Mr. Feeback is a partner with the firm and brings to his legal practice over twenty-five years of practical and technical experience in the petroleum and mining industries. KD has worked as a driller, exploration geologist, and drilling consultant in major oil and gas areas of the United States, including Alaska, as well as South America, the West Indies, and Southern Europe. He has also received significant formal education in forestry at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. KD has considerable experience in the timber industry, having worked as a professional forester and logger in southern and western United States forests. A native of Montana, KD has a strong family background in agriculture.

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Feeback joined Gough, Shanahan, Johnson & Waterman and developed a general law practice emphasizing natural resource law, state and federal environmental law, and water law, as well as associated civil and constitutional matters arising from property rights and takings issues.
